SEMI AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR FILLING AND SEALING UNIT-DOSE STRIPS WITH MANUAL STRIPS LOADING AND UNLOADING
- This machine performs the simultaneous filling of the strip by means of 5 nozzles and then the sealing and shaping of the extreme portion of each tube through a patented method
(after the sealing, no trimming is needed). - The strips are manually loaded onto the proper transport shuttles.
- The operative cycle is automatic and takes place on a conveyor which brings the shuttles underneath the working stations.
- The output speed depends on the filling volumes, the product features and the operator's capability.
THE MACHINE HANDLES:
ONE strip at a time, in sizes from 0,3 up to 10ml, which are manually positioned onto the proper transport shuttles.
OUTPUT UP TO 1.200 STRIPS/HOUR for strips 0,3 ÷ 1,5 ml
OUTPUT UP TO 800 STRIPS/HOUR for strips 2 ÷ 5ml
OUTPUT UP TO 600 STRIPS/HOUR for strips 10ml
