AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR FILLING AND SEALING UNIT-DOSE STRIPS WITH MANUAL STRIPS LOADING AND UNLOADING
This machine performs the simultaneous filling of two strips by means of 10 dosing nozzles and then the sealing and shaping of the extreme portion of each tube, through a patented method (after the sealing no trimming is needed).
The operative cycle is completely automatic and takes place on a conveyor that brings the transport shuttles underneath the working stations.
OUTPUT UP TO 900 STRIPS/HOUR for strips 0,3 ÷ 2ml
OUTPUT UP TO 600 STRIPS/HOUR for strips 0,3 ÷ 5ml
