AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR FILLING AND SEALING UNIT-DOSE STRIPS WITH AUTOMATIC STRIPS LOADING AND UNLOADING
This machine performs the simultaneous filling of the strip by means of 5 nozzles and then the sealing and shaping of the extreme portion of each tube through a patented method (after the sealing, no trimming is needed).
The operative cycle is completely automatic and takes place on a conveyor, made of shutters, that brings the transport shuttles underneath the working stations.
The output speed depends on the filling volumes, the product features and the operator's capability.
