HIGH CAPACITY BLISTERING MACHINE FOR DOUBLE STERILE IN ALU-ALU, FOR SURGICAL STERILE PRODUCTS.

This machine can be combined to the INNOVA machines.
It has been designed to work in clean rooms, for the realization of a double sterile blister (both the filled product and the unit-dose have been produced in asepsis).

It performs the following duties:

• Automatic control of the unit-doses tightness,
• Control of the strip weight,
• Separation of the strip in single units,
• Automatic insertion of each unit-dose inside the blister space,
• Optional: insertion of a brush for the product application,
• Optional: presence control of the components, by means of a camera,
• Application and welding of the cover film.
