TM is an Italian company with a high content of technological know-how, structured in two different divisions.
The first one works in the pharmaceutical / cosmetic sector and designs and manufactures filling and sealing machines for sterile containers in single-dose strips while the second, active in the industrial sector, designs and manufactures from single valves to complex dosing systems and dispensing machines for fluids such as oil, grease, sealants, single-component and two-component.
The goal is to propose a range of flexible solutions, at the state of the art technology, aiming to be excellence center and reference for fluid dosing applications.
TM operates in two sectors: the pharmaceutical / cosmetic and the industrial one.
For the pharmaceutical and cosmetic context, the company designs, builds and sells machines for filling and sealing pre-molded single-dose strip containers, focusing on the requirements necessary for the sterile environment, that can also be equipped by laminar flow upon request. Besides this TM supplies stainless steel components, systems and machines suitable for dosing and packing liquids, gels and creams up to high viscosity fluids. To complete its pharmaceutical products range, TM can also supply special machines to dose powders.
In the industrial field, TM designs and manufactures its own components, starting from single valves or volumetric dosers dedicated to the dosing and micro-dosing of fluids in general such as oils, greases or lubricating pastes, glues, adhesives like anaerobic and cyanoacrylates, emulsions, solvents, inks, paints, release agents and primers. To complete the industrial products range, TM offers integrated systems to dose one-component glues such as vinyl, resins and sealants as well as dosers for two-components resins and machines for two-component resins such as epoxy, polyurethane and acrylic glues. Depending on the product to be dispensed, our systems can be equipped with pressure tanks or extrusion pumps. Last but not least, TM offers special machines for filling or vacuum casting, potting, encapsulation, conformal coating, optical clear bonding, machines dedicated to the dosing of thermo-conductive resins and Cartesian axis automations with several interpolated axes. In addition to these various dosing systems, fluidic or volumetric process controls can be specially designed and applied to satisfy the most demanding customers. The technologies for the dosage are customized according to the product or the application required, the most used are volumetric gear pumps or plunger pistons and also progressive cavity pumps.
The professionality of TM and its team accompanies the customer throughout the project: from the preliminary phases, which contemplate preparatory laboratory activities, to the design ones, which see the commitment of the technical office for the design, the prototype production and the implementation of the ideal solution up to final testing and after-sales assistance.
