VACUUM CASTING MACHINES FOR 2K RESINS
Semi-automatic dispensing machines for liquid, pourable medium or low viscosity two-components resins. Recommended when the process requires a resin to be dispensed without air.
Suitable for casting applications with polyurethane, epoxy or silicone resins, with or without the presence of suspended abrasive fillers, for impregnation, for e-mobility encapsulation processes, LED encapsulation, optical bonding, electrical insulation, gasketing and bonding.
After loading the 2 products (resin and hardener), the machine runs a stirring and vacuum cycle, that can be customized. The pouring dosage group includes valves and disposable static mixer nozzle.
Solid painted steel main frame housing the two tanks containing resin and hardener respectively.
Available in different standard models, with the possibility of customization.
